Içerik:GPUlar son yıllarda genel amaçlı programlama için de kullanılmaya başlanmış ve pek çok uygulamada yüksek hız kazanımları sağlamıştır. Bu sayede GPU programlama konusu yalnızca grafik ve oyun uygulamaları ile sınırlı kalmayıp pek çok farklı disiplinden kullanıcının da ilgisini çekmeye başlamış ve hesaplamalarda yüksek hızlanmalar sağlamanın yanı sıra yeni uygulamalara da imkan tanımaya başlamıştır.
Bu seminer GPU teknolojileri ve genel amaçlı GPU programlama hakkında temel bilgileri vermek üzere hazırlanmıştır. Seminer katılımcılara GPU mimarileri hakkında temel bilgileri kazandırmanın yanısıra CUDA ve OpenCL kullanarak programlamanın temelleri hakkında bilgi vermeyi amaçlamaktadır.

Grid User Training for Local Community
Date: 5 - 9 April 2010
Location: TUBITAK ULAKBIM, Ankara, Turkey. (The facility of remote connection will be available)
Description:There are number of groups whose disciplines and backgrounds are various on TR-Grid. The fundamental aim of this training is to provide a platform where the users can share their experience and knowledge within their group. The remote connection for training events will be available in order to keep the number of participants as much as high, therefore the users who cannot have a chance to come the event place are satisfied to attend to the meeting. The presentation and tutorial for the training will be published on the web page.

Grid User Training for Local Community
Date: 18 April, 2009
Location: Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, TURKEY
Description:By this training, it is intended to introduce grid environment to the participants whose background are various. After we have gived information about grid infrastructure, the middleware and the core services; a basic tutorial relating to how to submit and monitor their jobs and data management on grid have been showned. Finally, they were directed to our web sites in order to find valuable information and further studying.

"HEP@TR-Grid" Grid School - Grid User Training

Description: The aim of the school is to train participants from various national institutes on TR-GRID and GRID Tools as well as their usage for the analysis of the data concerning ATLAS and CMS experiments. The training will include presentations and tutorials for the applications.

The course is intended for application developers with an interest in grid computing and/or HPC and gives some experience of the current EGEE middleware during practical exercises. The language of training is Turkish/English.
